Many thanks to the citizens of Porterdale for the great job you have done in the first phase of cleaning and beautifying the city. We should all be proud of the way everyone pitched in to start the transformation of the Great City of Porterdale. We are now in phase two of the beautification.

The problems we need to address now are as follows.

1. The porches decks and carports need to be organized to prevent the appearance of clutter and disarray. All indoor furniture and appliances need to be kept inside the house or discarded.
2. Dogs and cats should be cared for in a humane manner and the smell and noise should be maintained out of respect of your neighbors. Dogs should have collars and at least 12 Ft. of chain room (running room). Please provide the pets with water, food, shade and cover. No more than 3 pets are allowed per household and all animals should have updated licenses and shot records.
3. All cars should have current license and insurance and should be parked off the right of way whenever possible. (For emergency crews and equipment.)
4. Please check with code enforcement before putting up any signs.
5. Please call the code office if you have any neighborhood concerns and I will help when I can or will process your concerns to the proper channels.
